If so, I suggest that you start now to locate everything you can concerning your septic systems. Your local municipal office may be able to assist you in locating this information. If not then your local office of the Ministry of the Environment may also have this information on file. In either case it is important for you to locate this information. Failure to produce this informaiton for a prospective buyer will pose a major stumbling block to making a sale.
